Ma On Shan Promenade

Ma On Shan Promenade is an urban waterfront park in Ma On Shan, Hong Kong. The promenade occupies an area of 5.2 hectares and is 3.2 km long. It was constructed at a cost of HK$220 million and was built in three phases, opening on 18 July 2009, 10 January 2010, and 11 June 2010 respectively. Ma On Shan Promenade is situated 330 metres east of Hang Ming Street Sitting-out Area.

Heng On is a station on the Tuen Ma line of Hong Kong MTR, named after the nearby Heng On Estate. It also serves other residential areas like Kam Fung Court, Kam On Court, Baycrest, Vista Paradiso, and Yiu On Estate. Heng On station is situated 250 metres east of Hang Ming Street Sitting-out Area.

Renaissance College

Renaissance College is a private international school run by English Schools Foundation in Ma On Shan, Hong Kong. It serves primary and secondary students and was founded in 2006 to replace the Phoenix International School, another school run by ESF. Renaissance College is situated 190 metres northeast of Hang Ming Street Sitting-out Area.
