The City Tower is one of the most important historic monuments of Trnava, Slovakia. The tower was constructed in 1574. In 1666 and 1683 the tower was affected by fire and since then it has remained without a roof. City Tower is situated 350 metres southwest of St. John the Baptist Cathedral.

In 2009 Pope Benedict XVI granted the parish church of St. Nicolas the honourable title of minor basilica. Saint Nicolas Church, Trnava is situated 300 metres southeast of St. John the Baptist Cathedral.

Constructed in 1897 for the local Status Quo Ante Jewish community, it was designed by the Vienna-based architect Jakob Gartner in a blend of neo-Romanesque and historicist styles, featuring a distinctive twin-towered façade. Status Quo Ante Synagogue is situated 300 metres southeast of St. John the Baptist Cathedral.
