Rekownica is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jedwabno, within Szczytno County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. The village was created by a fisherman named Eugen Gross or Grosz, who on 12 March 1710 received 16 łans and 8 morgen of land from a local forest master Rudolf Wilhelm von Lüderitz.
