James E. Berry House

The James E. Berry Berry House was constructed in 1908. It is significant both because of its association with James E. Berry, Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma from 1935 to 1955, but also because of its unique architectural style, described as “vaguely Italianate with a Midwestern feeling.” The Berry House is a two-story rectangular wood frame with lapped wood siding. James E. Berry House is situated 880 feet northwest of Payne County Courthouse.

The Campus Fire Station is a working fire station and classroom facility located on the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater, Oklahoma. It was built as a shared facility to provide fire coverage for the city and campus, and to provide space for the first academic degree program for firefighters in the United States.
