The Plovdiv Regional Ethnographic Museum is a museum of ethnography in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Since 1938, it has occupied the 1847 house of the merchant, Argir Kuyumdzhioglu, in the city's Old Town. Ethnographic Museum is situated 1½ km south of WAS market.

The Dzhumaya Mosque, also known as the Friday Mosque, is a mosque located in Plovdiv, in the Plovdiv Province of Bulgaria. Located in the centre of Plovdiv, the mosque was built in 1363–1364 on the site of the Sveta Petka Tarnovska Cathedral Church after the conquest of Plovdiv by the Ottoman army. Djumaya Mosque is situated 2 km south of WAS market.

Nebet Tepe is one of the hills of Plovdiv where the ancient town was founded. The earliest settlements on Nebet Tepe are dated back to 4000 BC. The site was first settled by Thracians, later expanded by Philip II of Macedon and the Roman Empire. Nebet Tepe Hill is situated 1½ km south of WAS market.
