Pyramid Island

Pyramid Lake is a saltwater lake in the geographic sink of the basin of the Truckee River, 40 mi northeast of . Pyramid Lake is the biggest remnant of ancient Lake Lahontan, a large endorheic lake that once covered most of western Nevada.
