The Armenian Railways Museum is a railway museum in Yerevan, Armenia. On 31 July 2009, the South Caucasus Railway Company, a rail operator in Armenia, owned by Russian Railways, opened the Railway Museum in Yerevan in the building of Yerevan railway station. Armenian Railways Museum is situated 1¼ km northeast of Grand tobako.

Yerevan Mall is a shopping mall located on Arshakunyats Avenue, Yerevan, Armenia. Opened in 2014, it is the second largest mall in Armenia in terms of number of stores and total floor area. Yerevan Mall is situated 1 km north of Grand tobako.

Gortsaranain is a Yerevan Metro station, which opened on 11 July 1983. The station is located in the Shengavit District and exits at Shirak, Araratyan, and Tamantsiner streets, adjacent to the southern industrial zone. Gortsaranayin Station is situated 630 metres southwest of Grand tobako.
