St. Thomas Island or Zmiyski ostrov, is a Bulgarian island in the Black Sea. It is situated in Burgas Province, Primorsko Municipality, 7 km north of Primorsko and 15 km km south of Sozopol. St. Thomas Island is situated 2½ km southeast of Alepu beach.
