The Miraflores Palace is the official dispatch and head office of the president of Venezuela. It is located on Urdaneta Avenue, Libertador Bolivarian Municipality in Caracas. Miraflores Palace is situated 110 metres north of Plaza Bicentenaria.

El Silencio is a Caracas Metro station on Line 2. It was opened on 6 November 1988 as part of the extension of Line 2 from La Paz to El Silencio. The station serves as the northern terminus of the line and it is a transfer station, connected with Line 1 via Capitolio. El Silencio station is situated 120 metres southeast of Plaza Bicentenaria.

23 de Enero is a parish located in the Libertador Bolivarian Municipality west of the city of Caracas, Venezuela. The parish receives its name from the date of the 1958 Venezuelan coup d'état which overthrew dictator Marcos Pérez Jiménez.
