Arandon is a former commune in the Isère department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of southeastern France. On 1 January 2017, it was merged into the new commune Arandon-Passins.

Creys-Mépieu is a commune in the Isère department in southeastern France. Created by prefectural decree of August 11, 1994, Creys-Mépieu was made from the fusion of the communes of Creys-Pusignieu and Mépieu which had been associated since September 29, 1989. Creys-Mépieu is situated 3½ km northeast of Ancienne fonderie d’Arandon.
