Netherthorpe is a suburb of the City of Sheffield in England. It is one mile west of the city centre. It is mostly an area of local government built housing situated on a considerable slope running downhill from the Brook Hill roundabout, at a height of 350 feet, towards the Shalesmoor roundabout at a height of 160 feet over a distance of half a mile.- Type: Suburb
