Shun Hing Square, also known as "Di Wang Tower" is a 384-meter -tall skyscraper in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China. Upon its completion in 1996, it became the tallest building in China, until being surpassed by CITIC Plaza in the next year. Shun Hing Square is situated 310 metres northeast of 深业中心.

Grand Theater station, formerly Dajuyuan is an interchange station between Line 1, Line 2 and Line 5 of the Shenzhen Metro. The Line 1 platforms opened on 28 December 2004, the Line 2 platforms opened on 28 June 2011 and the Line 5 platforms opened on 28 December 2025. Grand Theater Station is situated 130 metres north of 深业中心.
