Monument to the Battle of the Nations

The Monument to the Battle of the Nations is a monument in Leipzig, Germany, to the 1813 Battle of Leipzig, also known as the Battle of the Nations. Paid for mostly by donations and the city of Leipzig, it was completed in 1913 for the 100th anniversary of the battle at a cost of six million gold marks. Monument to the Battle of the Nations is situated 1 km southeast of Doppel-M.

Leipzig-Völkerschlachtdenkmal is a railway station in the city of Leipzig, Germany. The station was opened in 1968 and located on the Leipzig Hbf–Leipzig-Connewitz railway until its closure in November 2012. Leipzig-Völkerschlachtdenkmal station is situated 140 metres southeast of Doppel-M.
