It primarily serves as the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League and the Pittsburgh Panthers of the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Acrisure Stadium is situated 2,000 feet south of Allegheny West Historic District.
