The Juan Ramón Molina National Library is the national library of Honduras, containing more than 40,000 volumes. It was founded by Antonio R. Vallejo, with the support of the president, Marco Aurelio Soto and secretary general, Ramón Rosa. Juan Ramón Molina National Library is situated 330 metres southwest of Parque Finlay.

The St. Michael the Archangel Cathedral is a Catholic temple in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. It is well known for being the biggest Catholic church during colonial times and one of the most well preserved historical buildings in Honduras.
