The Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz is a famous theatre in the Wilmersdorf district of Berlin, located on the Kurfürstendamm boulevard. It is a conversion of the Universum cinema, built according to plans designed by Erich Mendelsohn in 1928. Schaubühne is situated 100 metres south of Lehniner Platz.

Adenauerplatz is a Berlin U-Bahn Station on the U7 line in the district of Charlottenburg, borough of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. It was opened on 28 April 1978 after the north-west extension to Spandau, and is located on the Kurfürstendamm/Lewishamstraße intersection. Adenauerplatz is situated 320 metres east of Lehniner Platz.

The Hansaviertel is the smallest Ortsteil of Berlin and is between Großer Tiergarten and the Spree River, within the central Mitte borough of Berlin. The district was almost completely destroyed during World War II but was rebuilt from 1957 to 1961 as a social housing project by international master architects such as Alvar Aalto, Egon Eiermann, Walter Gropius, Oscar Niemeyer, and Sep Ruf. Hansaviertel is situated 3½ km northeast of Lehniner Platz.
