The Presidential Palace of Suriname is the presidential palace of Suriname in the capital of Paramaribo. It is located across from The Independence Square, which also houses the National Assembly of Suriname, the Congress building, the Court of Justice, and the Ministry of Finance. Presidential Palace of Suriname is situated 560 metres southeast of Downtown Oasis.

's Lands Hospitaal is a hospital in Paramaribo, Suriname. The hospital started as a military hospital when it was established in 1760. In 1934, the hospital was transformed into a general hospital and renamed 's Lands Hospitaal. ’s Lands Hospitaal is situated 180 metres northwest of Downtown Oasis.
