Mercado Modelo

Mercado Modelo was the central municipal fruit and vegetable wholesale market in of Montevideo, Uruguay. The area around the installations, which occupy several blocks of the Mercado Modelo–Bolívar barrio, has also taken on the name of the market, hence the composite name of the entire barrio.

The Antel Arena is a multipurpose indoor arena that is located in the neighborhood of Villa Española, Montevideo, Uruguay. The arena has a capacity of 15,000 people for concerts, and 10,000 people for basketball games. Antel Arena is situated 1 km north of Mercado Modelo.
