The Isles of Shoals are a group of small islands and tidal ledges situated approximately 6 miles off the east coast of the United States, straddling the border of the states of Maine and New Hampshire. Isles of Shoals is situated 1½ miles northeast of White Island State Historic Site.
Tucke Monument

The Tucke Monument is a 46.5-foot-tall obelisk gravestone monument erected in 1914 to honor Reverend John Tucke. The monument is located on Star Island, New Hampshire, where Tucke was a minister, judge, educator, physician, and in his probate record, "owner" of a 12-year-old black girl by the name of Diana, valued at 20 pounds. Tucke Monument is situated 4,000 feet northeast of White Island State Historic Site.
