Parthenon

The Parthenon is a former temple on the Athenian Acropolis, Greece, that was dedicated to the goddess Athena. Its decorative sculptures are considered some of the high points of classical Greek art, and the Parthenon is considered an enduring symbol of ancient Greece, Western civilisation, and democracy. Parthenon is situated 1½ km east of Sklavenitis.

Petralona is a metro station on Athens Metro Line 1, located in Petralona and 7.016 km along the line from Piraeus. It is located in Central Athens and took its name from the neighbourhood in the Athens municipality. Petralona is situated 180 metres northeast of Sklavenitis.
