Baebang Station is a railway station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and the Janghang Line in Asan, South Korea. The station was first opened as Mosan Station, an unstaffed simple station, in June 1, 1922 during the Japanese colonial era. Baebang station is situated 2 km northeast of Onyang Substaton.

Cheonan is a city in South Chungcheong, South Korea. Cheonan is a name derived from heaven. This is because King Taejo of Goryeo named it the "Most important place under the sky." Also, to this day, Cheonan citizens still call Cheonan the most comfortable place under the sky and joke that it is safe from natural disasters such as typhoons.
