The National Arena is a retractable roof football stadium in Bucharest, Romania. It opened in 2011 on the site of the original National Stadium, which was demolished between 2007 and 2008. National Arena is situated 1½ km northeast of New Town Residence 2.

Apartment Building 63, also called Commune 63 is an apartment building located in the Dristor neighbourhood in the south-eastern part of Bucharest and it is the largest single residential building in Romania with a total of 950 one-room apartments, and holding just over 1,600 residents, although up to 2,500 people may be living there. Apartment Building 63 is situated 290 metres southwest of New Town Residence 2.
