The Kremenchuk Hydroelectric Power Plant is a run-of-river power plant on the Dnieper River just upstream of Kremenchuk in Svitlovodsk, Ukraine. The primary purpose of the dam is hydroelectric power generation and navigation. Kremenchuk Hydroelectric Power Plant is situated 2½ km southwest of Yatskov Island.

Vlasivka is a rural settlement in Oleksandriia Raion of Kirovohrad Oblast in Ukraine. It is located on the left bank of the Dnieper next to the Kremenchuk Hydroelectric Power Plant and close to the city of Kremenchuk. Vlasivka is situated 2½ km north of Yatskov Island.
