Cape Town Film Studios is a film and television studio in Cape Town, South Africa. It opened in May 2010. The 200-hectare studio, located about 30 kilometres from the centre of Cape Town, has been involved in the production of a number of blockbusters, including Chronicle, Dredd, Mad Max: Fury Road, Maze Runner: The Death Cure, Tomb Raider, Bloodshot and Monster Hunter. Cape Town Film Studios is situated 290 metres east of Beach Tank.
