The Aquatic Palace is a sporting venue in Baku, Azerbaijan, which is fully compliant with the requirements of the International Swimming Federation. The Palace hosted the Baku 2015 European Games and 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games. Baku Aquatics Centre is situated 430 metres southeast of Ulubəy.

The Baku TV Tower, built in 1996, is a free standing concrete telecommunications tower in Baku, Azerbaijan. With a height of 310 metres, it is the second tallest structure in Azerbaijan after the chimneys of Azerbaijan Thermal Power Plant and the tallest reinforced concrete building in Caucasus. Baku TV Tower is situated 1½ km north of Ulubəy.

Spanning 60 hectares, with its upper section covering 3 hectares, the square prominently displays national symbols of Azerbaijan, including the state coat of arms, anthem, and a bronze map of the country. National Flag Square is situated 1½ km northeast of Ulubəy.
