Sogang University

Sogang University is a private Jesuit research university in Mapo, Seoul, South Korea. Sogang University was established on April 18, 1960 by the Society of Jesus, with the school being the oldest and only Jesuit institution of higher education in the country. Sogang University is situated 460 metres south of Sinchon Substation.

Sinchon station is a station on the Gyeongui–Jungang Line. It was opened as a railway station in 1921 and Seoul Metro traffic commenced in 2009. Sinchon is situated 400 metres north of Sinchon Substation.

Ewha Womans University is a station on the Line 2 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. As its name indicates, it serves the nearby Ewha Womans University, although Sinchon Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line is closer to the school. Ewha Womans Univ. is situated 380 metres east of Sinchon Substation.
