Smyth Tower

The Smyth Tower is a folly located on the grounds of the Manchester VA Medical Center at 718 Smyth Road in Manchester, New Hampshire. The fieldstone tower was built in 1888 by Frederick Smyth, and is the only surviving architectural structure related to his life. Smyth Tower is situated 390 feet southwest of United States Veterans Medical Center.
McIntyre Ski Area
McIntyre Ski Area is a ski area adjacent to Derryfield Park in Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. It opened in 1971 with two chairlifts and a rope tow, and was operated by the city until 2009, when they leased the area and management rights to McIntyre Ski School, Inc. for a 25-year period.
