The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieħa is a Roman Catholic church in the village of Mellieħa in Malta. The sanctuary originated as a natural cave which was consecrated as a church at an unknown date, and local traditions link its establishment to antiquity or the medieval period. Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieħa is situated 670 metres northwest of Fort Mellieħa.

St Paul's Island, also known as Selmunett, is a small island off Selmun, Mellieħa near the north of the island of Malta. St Paul's Island is sometimes split into two islands by a shallow strait, and it is therefore sometimes referred to in the plural as St Paul's Islands. St Paul’s Island is situated 3½ km east of Fort Mellieħa.
