Ya Po Ah Terrace

Ya-Po-Ah Terrace, is the tallest building in at 212 feet and the tallest building in Oregon outside of Portland. It is a controversial high-rise apartment building for senior citizens erected in 1968 at the foot of Skinner Butte.
