The Television Cultural Center is a 34-story skyscraper on East Third Ring Road, Guanghua Road in the Central Business District of Beijing, China. Featuring a hotel, a theater, and several television studios, the building was scheduled to open in mid-May 2009. Television Cultural Center is situated 150 metres northwest of CCTV Headquarters.

CITIC Tower, also known as China Zun, is a supertall skyscraper in the Central Business District of Beijing, China. The 109-story, 528-metre building constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau is the tallest in the city, surpassing the China World Trade Center Tower III by 190 metres. CITIC Tower is situated 390 metres southeast of CCTV Headquarters.
