Deir el-Shelwit

Deir el-Shelwit is an Egyptian temple built during the Greco-Roman period. Dedicated to Isis, a major goddess in the Egyptian religion, the temple stands on the west bank of the Nile at the city of Luxor, roughly 1 km from Malkata and about 4 km south of Medinet Habu. Deir el-Shelwit is situated 1½ km east of Kom el-‘Abd.

Malkata, is the site of an Ancient Egyptian palace complex built during the New Kingdom, by the 18th Dynasty pharaoh Amenhotep III. It is located on the West Bank of the Nile at Thebes, Upper Egypt, in the desert to the south of Medinet Habu. Malqata is situated 4 km northeast of Kom el-‘Abd.
