Beijing Workers‘ Stadium

The original Workers' Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Chaoyang, Beijing, China. The stadium was built in 1959, and was renovated in 2004. The stadium was demolished in 2020 and reopened under the same name on 15 April 2023 as a new stadium built on the original site. Beijing Workers‘ Stadium is situated 1¼ km west of 博瑞大厦A座.

CITIC Tower

CITIC Tower, also known as China Zun, is a supertall skyscraper in the Central Business District of Beijing, China. The 109-story, 528-metre building constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau is the tallest in the city, surpassing the China World Trade Center Tower III by 190 metres. CITIC Tower is situated 1½ km south of 博瑞大厦A座.

Tuanjiehu Subdistrict is a subdistrict on the west portion of Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. As of 2020, it has a total population of 32,091. The subdistrict was named after Tuanjie Lake, which in turn was named so because it was created by people all over Chaoyang District working in unison.
