The municipality includes the villages or aldeas of: Chivarreto, Chirrenox, Pabatoc, Paxixil, Rancho de Teja, Pachaj, Sacmixit, San Antonio Sija, Saquicol Chiquito, and Tacajalbé. San Francisco El Alto is situated 3 km northwest of Xolsiguan San Francisco Totonicapan.
