Church of the Holy Trinity is a Roman Catholic church in Trinapolis, one of the parts of Lithuania's capital Vilnius. The church was built in 1715–1721 and consecrated in 1722. Church of the Holy Trinity in Trinapolis is situated 260 metres northwest of Verkių slėnis.
