Højbro

Højbro is a bridge in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It connects the small island Slotsholmen with its Christiansborg Palace to the rest of the city centre at the square Højbro Plads which is named after it.

Christiansborg Palace is a palace and government building on the islet of Slotsholmen in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It is the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Danish Prime Minister's Office, and the Supreme Court of Denmark. Christiansborg Palace is situated 220 metres south of Højbro.

Børsen, is a 17th-century commodity bourse and later stock exchange in the centre of Copenhagen, Denmark. The historic building is situated next to Christiansborg Palace, the seat of the Danish Parliament, on the island of Slotsholmen. The Stock Exchange building is situated 340 metres southeast of Højbro.

Højbro Plads

Højbro Plads is a rectangular public square located between the adjoining Amagertorv and Slotsholmen Canal in the City Centre of Copenhagen, Denmark. It takes its name from the Højbro Bridge which connects it to the Slotsholmen island on the other side of the canal while Gammel Strand extends along the near side of the canal.
