Tampere is the third largest city in Finland with around 260,000 inhabitants, and around 410,000 in the metropolitan area. Located 170 km north of the Finnish coastal capital Helsinki, it is also the most populous inland town in the Nordic countries. Nokia Arena is situated 530 metres east of Tampere Stadium.

Kyttälä is a district in Tampere, Finland. It was born in the late 1870s as a working-class neighborhood to the eastern outskirts of the town. As Tampere soon expanded, Kyttälä is now a part of the city center between the Tammerkoski river and the railway.
