Dunedin Hospital is the main public hospital in Dunedin, New Zealand. It serves as the major base hospital for the Otago and Southland regions with a potential catchment radius of roughly 300 kilometres, and a population catchment of around 330,000.

The Centre City Mall is the oldest existing and second largest shopping complex in Dunedin, New Zealand. Located in the central city, it is bounded by Great King Street and Castle Street in the block between St. Centre City Mall is situated 130 metres southwest of Oncology.

The Meridian Mall is a large shopping complex in Dunedin, New Zealand, designed by ASA Crone Architects, an Australian development company. At 16,000 m2 it is the largest retail mall in the southern South Island, and one of the largest in the South Island as a whole. Meridian Mall is situated 290 metres west of Oncology.

The Exchange is an area of central Dunedin, in the South Island of New Zealand. The area was the original heart of Dunedin's CBD, although that has now moved north to an area around the city's central plaza and George Street, which leads north from it.
