Urania

Urania is a public educational institute and observatory in Vienna, Austria. Urania Observatory was built in 1909 according to the plans of Art Nouveau style architect Max Fabiani at the outlet of the Wien River and was opened in 1910 by Franz Joseph I of Austria as an educational facility with a public observatory. Urania is situated 320 metres west of Herrmannpark.

Hundertwasserhaus

The Hundertwasserhaus is an apartment house in the Landstraße district of Vienna, Austria, completed in 1985, after the idea and concept of Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Hundertwasserhaus is situated 700 metres southeast of Herrmannpark.

St. Stephen's Cathedral is a Roman Catholic church in Vienna, Austria, and the mother church of the Archdiocese of Vienna. It is the seat of the Archbishop of Vienna, Josef Grünwidl. St. Stephen’s Cathedral is situated 1¼ km west of Herrmannpark.
