The Tour de Capigliolo is a ruined Genoese tower located in the commune of Casaglione on the west coast of the French island of Corsica. The tower sits at a height of 91 metres on the Punta Capigliolo headland to the north of the Golfu di a Liscia. Tour de Capigliolo is situated 190 metres southwest of U Castellu.

The Tower of Ancone or Tower of Palmentoggio is a ruined Genoese tower located in the commune of Calcatoggio on the west coast of the Corsica. The tower sits near the sea on the Punta di Palmentoju to the south of the Golfu di a Liscia. Torra d’Ancone is situated 2½ km south of U Castellu.

Sagone or Saone is a small seaside resort on the west coast of the island of Corsica in the commune of Vico. The settlement dates back to the 4th century, when a Roman villa was built there, with other buildings for slaves or peasants. Sagone is situated 6 km northwest of U Castellu.
