Saint Thomas Tower, also known as Fort Saint Thomas, is a large bastioned watchtower in Marsaskala, Malta. It was built in 1614, the third of six Wignacourt towers. Saint Thomas Tower is situated 520 metres east of Ġnien Charles Clews.

It was built in 1715 by the Order of Saint John as one of a series of coastal fortifications around the Maltese Islands. Briconet Redoubt is situated 690 metres north of Ġnien Charles Clews.
