Taktsé Castle

Taktsé Castle was a castle located in the Chingwa district of Chonggyä in central Tibet. According to legend, it was home to the kings of Tibet before Songtsen Gampo moved his capital to Lhasa. Taktsé Castle is situated 340 metres east of Riwo Dechen Monastery.
