The Sea Garden, or formally the Seaside Park is the Bulgarian port city of Varna's largest, oldest and best known public park, also said to be the largest landscaped park in the Balkans. Sea Garden is situated 230 metres southeast of Officers‘ Beach.

Stadion Ticha is a multi-purpose stadium in Varna, Bulgaria, located in the Chayka district of the city. Currently, the stadium is used for football matches and is the home ground of Cherno More Varna. ‘Ticha’ Stadium is situated 1 km northwest of Officers‘ Beach.
