Plaça del Duc de Medinaceli

Plaça del Duc de Medinaceli is a square in central Barcelona. It is part of Barri Gòtic, in the Ciutat Vella district, located between Passeig de Colom and Carrer de la Mercè, on a terrain formerly part of a 13th-century Franciscan convent until 1836.

Palau Güell

The Palau Güell is a mansion designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí for the industrial tycoon Eusebi Güell, and was built between 1886 and 1888. It is situated on the Carrer Nou de la Rambla, in the El Raval neighborhood of Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain. Palau Güell is situated 380 metres west of Plaça del Duc de Medinaceli.

Columbus Monument

The Columbus Monument is a 60 m tall monument to Christopher Columbus at the lower end of La Rambla, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It was constructed for the Exposición Universal de Barcelona in honor of Columbus' first voyage to the Americas. Columbus Monument is situated 300 metres south of Plaça del Duc de Medinaceli.

La Rambla is considered the most well known street in central Barcelona. A tree-lined pedestrian street, it stretches for 1.2 kilometres connecting the Plaça de Catalunya in its center with the Christopher Columbus Monument at Port Vell. La Rambla is situated 490 metres northwest of Plaça del Duc de Medinaceli.
