Frankenteich
The Frankenteich is an old reservoir in the Harz Mountains of central Germany. It was constructed in 1716 under the direction of mining director, Christian Zacharias Koch, for the mining industry and is the largest pond in the Lower Harz.- Type: Body of water

The Große Auerberg is a hill, 580 metres high, in the eastern Harz in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt. It is a so-called double peak with summits that are 580.4 metres high and 580.3 metres high, which are about 470 metres apart.
