The Collegium Medico-Chirurgicum Josephinum or Josephinian Military Academy of Surgery was an academy of military medicine founded in Vienna by Emperor Joseph II in 1784. Josephinian Military Academy of Surgery is situated 320 metres east of Hörsaal D.

The Votivkirche is a neo-Gothic style church located on the Ringstraße in Vienna, Austria. Following the attempted assassination of Emperor Franz Joseph in 1853, the Emperor's brother Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian inaugurated a campaign to create a church to thank God for saving the Emperor's life. Votivkirche is situated 600 metres southeast of Hörsaal D.
