Carroll Lee Cropper Bridge

The Carroll Lee Cropper Bridge is a continuous steel arch-shaped truss bridge over the Ohio River between Indiana and Kentucky. Built between 1968 and 1977, the four-lane arched truss span provides a western Ohio River crossing for the Interstate 275 beltway around the Cincinnati area. Carroll Lee Cropper Bridge is situated 2 miles east of Cook Park.

Located on the north bank of Ohio River along Tanners Creek, it was one of the two coal-fired power stations within 3 miles of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, near the tripoint of Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Tanner’s Creek Generating Station is situated 1½ miles south of Cook Park.
