The Dublin Town Hall is the seat of municipal government of Dublin, New Hampshire, prominently located at 1120 Main Street in the village center. The centerpiece of the estate was a large Georgian Revival mansion with hip roof and wide projecting eaves, which had views of the surrounding area. Beech Hill is situated 2,400 feet northwest of Dublin Town Hall.

The pond lies at an elevation of 1,480 feet above sea level, near the height of land between the Connecticut River/Long Island Sound watershed to the west and the Merrimack River/Gulf of Maine watershed to the east.
