The Ware–Lyndon House is a historic house located at 211 Hoyt Street in Athens, Georgia, at the end of Jackson Street. Built circa 1850, the house is two stories and exhibits an Italianate style. Ware–Lyndon House is situated 1,400 feet southwest of North Oconee River Greenway.

The Tree That Owns Itself is a white oak tree that, according to legend, has legal ownership of itself and of all land within eight feet of its base.
