The National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War is a memorial complex commemorating the German-Soviet War located in the southern outskirts of the Pecherskyi District of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, on the picturesque hills on the right-bank of the Dnipro River.

Paton Bridge is one of the bridges across the Dnipro in Kyiv, Ukraine named after its constructor Evgeny Paton. Built between 1941 and 1953, it is one of the world's first all-welded bridge and is also the longest bridge in Kyiv having a length of 1,543 metres.
