Golm station is a railway station in the district of Golm in the city of Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany. The rail and bus services here connect passengers to the University of Potsdam, as well as to the nearby Potsdam Science Park research center. Golm station is situated 720 metres south of Max-Planck-Campus.

The New Palace is a palace situated on the western side of the Sanssouci park in Potsdam, Germany. The building was begun in 1763, after the end of the Seven Years' War, under King Friedrich II and was completed in 1769. New Palace Potsdam is situated 3½ km southeast of Max-Planck-Campus.

Golm

Village

Golm is a locality of Potsdam, the capital of the German state of Brandenburg. The former municipality was incorporated in 2003. Its name is derived from Western Slavic chulm, meaning "hill", and refers to one of the nearby elevations, either Reiherberg near the centre of the original village or Ehrenpfortenberg east of it.
